National Arms

Can anyone help me to convert this National Arms to a DXF for plasma cutting . I want to give it to a 80 year old Veteran as a gift . Thanks in advance

This is not cut ready. The hammer and sickle are free floating. You'll have to figure out how you want to include them in your project. There is also an overlap with the claws and feathers. Gets you a lot closer though.
